Through years of hands-on experience, we rose from general site work to Site Manager on major multimillion-rand projects. That journey shaped our values: discipline, quality, and accountability.

Our Story

MF Building Civils and Development (Pty) Ltd is a family-oriented construction company built on hard work, integrity, and a deep understanding of the construction industry from the ground up.

Our journey did not begin in boardrooms or offices—it began on site. Like many in the industry, we started at the bottom, learning the trade hands-on, understanding every task, every challenge, and every responsibility that comes with building something that lasts. Through years of dedication, discipline, and commitment, we progressed from general site work to supervisory roles, and ultimately to Site Manager, gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of large-scale commercial, industrial, and civil projects.

By 2011, our leadership was trusted with major projects across the Eastern Cape, managing complex developments with high values, strict timelines, and demanding quality standards. As Site Manager with NMC (Pty) Ltd and LTA Grinaker, we successfully delivered projects valued in the hundreds of millions, including:

  • Boardwalk Development – R500 million

  • IDZ Johnson Controls, East London – R110 million

  • DCD Wind Towers – R200 million

  • UTI Warehouse, Kouga – R42 million

  • Patensie Warehouse – R1.2 million

  • CampusKey Student Housing – R48 million
